Hello, I’m Dr. Lin Kim, DACM, Lac.

Life can get busy and you can start to loose focus on your own health goals and wellbeing. I’m here to help you take a breath, maybe take a nap, and navigate health concerns to make progress towards being the best version of yourself.

I specialize in women’s health (preconception, fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause & menopause), skincare (facial rejuvenation, acne, and scars (c-sections), hair loss), mental health and wellbeing, digestive issues, and metabolic dysfunction (insulin resistance/pre-diabeties), and pain management. I also work with children for digestive issues, eczema, and allergies, diet & nutrition for mental health issues (ADHD, autism).

I use functional testing to help investigate root causes for chronic symptoms and create personalized detailed health plans.

I received my Doctorate of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine from American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco. I did my undergraduate at UC Irvine in Psychology & Sociology.

Our health is shaped by more than the physical body. Our thoughts, emotions, relationships, environment, and connection to the world around us all influence our sense of balance and well-being.

Traditional Chinese Medicine views the human body as a microcosm of the natural world—a smaller reflection of the same rhythms, cycles, and patterns that exist throughout nature and the universe. Just as nature moves through seasons and cycles, expansion and contraction, activity and rest, our bodies are constantly adapting to similar cycles within us. This is the cycle of yin and yang.

Qi is the vital energy that moves through these interconnected systems. When Qi flows freely and the body is able to maintain harmony, we are better able to adapt, restore, and thrive. When that balance is disrupted, it may be reflected physically, mentally, or emotionally.

I believe healing is about helping the body return to its natural rhythm. As an acupuncturist, my role is to listen to the patterns within each person, support the healthy movement of Qi, and help restore harmony between the body, mind, spirit, and the larger world we are a part of.
