Micro-needling/Nano-needling
Micro-needling also known as collagen induction therapy, is done to target specific areas such as the face to get the skin to produce new collagen. It’s done by a pen with tiny needles pricking the skin creating micro injuries. The healing process is what helps the body create new collagen resulting in more firm and plump skin. Micro-needling can help reduce the appearance of scars, wrinkles, and large pores, and can also help improve the skin's overall texture and tone. Needles puncture the skin from 0.25-2.5mm deep to stimulate collagen growth. Micro-needling is generally considered safe, but it can cause temporary redness and irritation, and it may not be suitable for people with certain skin conditions.
Nano-needling uses tiny silicone “needles” to create micro-channels into the upper layer of the skin to help absorb serum. It does not create significant trauma as it does not actually puncture the skin and is relatively painless. Nanoneedling can be used in between Microneedling sessions to target specific areas of concern such as fine lines, hyperpigmentation, large pores, scarring, and stretch marks.
Combined with whole body acupuncture, we can accelerate the body’s innate healing and regenerative abilities and provide longer lasting results.

LED Light Therapy
LED light therapy is a non-invasive skin treatment method that utilizes specific wavelengths of natural light to treat various skin issues. It can promote circulation, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, kills acne bacteria, controls oil production, reduces inflammation and redness, aids in cellular repair and regeneration.
Red Light: reduce inflammation, redness, and pain, stimulate collagen production, promotes wound healing and reduces fine wrinkles
Blue Light: Kills acne causing bacteria and reduce sebum production
Purple Light: Combines red and blue light to treat inflammation and acne simultaneously
Yellow Light: Penetrates deeper than blue light to reduce swelling, inflammation, and redness

Cosmetic Acupunture is used to target specific facial muscles and fine lines to help lift and tighten the skin. This is achieved by placing hair thin needles into the skin to stimulate collagen production and blood circulation. Similar to Micro-needling, the acupuncture needles create micro injuries that forces an immediate healing response in the specific site. In addition to being used for cosmetic purposes, we also apply this to anyone suffering from bell’s palsy. For best results, we recommend treatments twice a week for up to a month (about 8-12 treatments). Note that these results are subtle and are no where near anything botox or filler can do.
